French-speaking Content Moderator (F/M/X)

We are seeking a dedicated French-speaking Content Moderator to join our team, responsible for ensuring a safe and positive experience on a leading global online platform. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining content quality and adherence to platform guidelines.

Responsibilities

1. Validating, monitoring, filtering, and investigating various types of content with high quality, speed,
   - mindedness, and accuracy.
2. Reviewing sensitive advertisement content, including but not limited to topics such as pornography, nudity, violence, human trafficking, bullying, drugs, alcohol, and gore.
3. Applying content guidelines consistently and making sound judgments based on established policies.
4. Identifying and escalating complex or ambiguous content issues to specialized teams.
5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of content moderation processes and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential.
• Proven ability to work with sensitive and graphic content professionally and objectively.
• Strong analytical and
  - making skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity in a
  - paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High level of empathy and understanding of diverse cultural contexts.
• Prior experience in content moderation or a similar field is a plus.

Benefits

• Base Salary: €1000
• Language Bonus: €250
• Meal Allowance: €7. 63 per working day
• Work Location: Onsite at Lagoas Park, Oeiras.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 22:00 (Rotative shifts).
• Days Off: Saturday and Sunday.
