About the Role :

We are hiring a French-speaking Content Moderator to ensure a safe and compliant online experience for users. As part of the moderation team in Porto, Portugal, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and filtering
- generated content. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong command of French and an interest in digital content management.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze and moderate
  - generated content according to platform policies.
• Detect and report inappropriate, harmful, or misleading content.
• Ensure all content aligns with local and international guidelines.
• Collaborate with the moderation team to improve processes and efficiency.
• Adapt to policy updates and industry trends to ensure effective moderation.

Requirements :

• Fluency in French (C1 or native level) and good English skills (B2 level or above).
• Excellent analytical and
  - solving abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and distressing content professionally.
• Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or similar roles is preferred.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
