About the Role

We are hiring a French-speaking Content Moderator to ensure a safe and compliant online experience for users. Based in Porto, Portugal, you will review and filter
- generated content, playing a crucial role in maintaining platform standards. This position is suitable for individuals fluent in French and interested in digital content management.

Responsibilities

1. Analyze and moderate
   - generated content according to platform policies.
2. Detect and report inappropriate, harmful, or misleading content.
3. Ensure all content aligns with local and international guidelines.
4. Collaborate with the moderation team to improve processes and efficiency.
5. Adapt to policy updates and industry trends to ensure effective moderation.

Requirements

1. Fluency in French (C1 or native level) and good English skills (B2 or above).
2. Excellent analytical and
   - solving abilities.
3. Ability to handle sensitive and distressing content professionally.
4. Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or similar roles is preferred.
5. Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
