French‑Speaking Credit Services Specialist (On‑site / Financial Operations)

We’re looking for a diligent French‑speaking Credit Services Specialist to join a global finance operations team at a vibrant on‑site location. What the job is about

In this position you will:

• Manage customer credit and collections for French‑speaking markets, ensuring invoices are processed and payments received in a timely manner.
• Monitor accounts‑receivable ageing, follow up on overdue balances and work to reduce risk exposure.
• Allocate customer payments, reconcile statements, resolve unallocated cash and liaise with internal departments (Sales, Customer Service) on credit‑related issues.
• Review customer credit limits, assess new/existing accounts against credit policy and collaborate on setting appropriate terms.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare credit reports and support process improvement projects within the finance team.

Requirements

We’re seeking someone who:

• Is fluent in French (C1+) and has strong English skills for internal cross‑team communication.
• Has experience or interest in credit control, accounts receivable or financial operations.
• Is comfortable working with numbers, Excel tools (pivot tables, v‑lookups), financial systems and dashboards.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail, organizational ability and ability to follow structured processes.
• Is proactive, a problem‑solver, and can work on‑site as part of a collaborative team environment.
