French-Speaking CSR (remote)
Join our team as a French‑Speaking Customer Service Representative and work with a leading home appliances brand in Lisbon.
Job Overview
- Role: Customer Service Representative
- Project: Home Appliances
- Languages: French (C2/native), English (B2)
- Location: On‑site in Lisbon, Portugal
- Contract: Fixed‑Term (6 months)
- Training Start Date: 13 Nov 2025
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotational shifts 07:00‑19:00; Sunday and one rotational day off per week
Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support for a leading home appliances brand.
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and service requests.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Log customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
What We Are Looking For
- Proficient in French (C2/native) and English (B2).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 900 EUR gross/month (14 months).
- Performance Bonus: 100 EUR gross/month (12 months).
- Meal Allowance: 7. 23 EUR/day (1 908. 72 EUR per annum).
- Transport Allowance: 20 EUR/month (240 EUR per annum).
