Responsibilities
- Handle incoming queries from viewers via phone and live chat
- Provide assistance with software functionality, account setup, and app usage
- Troubleshoot system configurations and connectivity issues
- Deliver accurate and timely responses to technical and
- related requests - Ensure a smooth viewing experience and build customer satisfaction
Your Profile
- Native-level French speaker with advanced English
- Strong adaptability, reliability, and
- solving skills - Fast learner with the ability to work well under pressure
- Previous experience in customer service is a strong advantage
- Willing to relocate to Lisbon and work in a multicultural team
What’s Offered
- Full-time contract, 40 hours per week
- Rotating shifts Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 21:00
- Base salary: €890 gross/month × 14 payments
- Monthly performance bonus up to €100 gross
- Meal allowance of €7. 23 per workday
- Paid training provided and recognized
Relocation Package (for candidates outside Portugal)
- Flight reimbursement up to €400 after 6 months
- Shared accommodation provided for 6 months (rental fee applicable)
- Support with relocation paperwork and onboarding
