Join our client's team as a French-Speaking Customer Advisor for a telecommunication company in Porto (onsite) and help deliver outstanding support to valued customers.

- paced environment? This role involves assisting customers across various channels, handling incoming calls, welcoming and advising customers, offering personalized solutions, and promoting the company's culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via phone and communication platforms with inquiries related to subscriptions, billing, technical troubleshooting, etc.
• Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
• Provide a warm welcome and expert advice to customers.
• Offer tailored solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Promote and embody the company's values and culture.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts between 7am and 7pm, onsite at the centrally located office in Porto.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in French (C2 or higher, spoken and written) is essential.
• For
  - EU candidates, a valid residence permit of Expression of Interest is obligatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong
  - solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a
  - oriented environment.
