French Speaking Customer Advisor

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct customer support to French-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist users with queries related to the search engine’s services, including troubleshooting, navigation, and privacy settings.
- Deliver excellent customer service by deeply understanding users’ concerns and offering clear, accurate solutions.
- Educate customers on new product features and help optimize their overall search experience.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate technical issues and ensure quick, timely resolutions.

Requirements
- Fluent in French (C1-C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level or higher).

- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and digital platforms.
- Must be able to work on-site in Lisbon.
