French Speaking Customer Advisor

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct customer support to French-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
Assist users with queries related to the search engine’s services, including troubleshooting, navigation, and privacy settings.
Deliver excellent customer service by deeply understanding users’ concerns and offering clear, accurate solutions.
Educate customers on new product features and help optimize their overall search experience.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate technical issues and ensure quick, timely resolutions.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and
- solving throughout every interaction.

- date with company products, industry trends, and updates to ensure the highest quality of support.
Requirements
Fluent in French (C1-C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and
- solving skills are essential.
Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not required.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and digital platforms.
Must be able to work
- site in Lisbon.
