French Speaking Customer Advisor
We are actively seeking a motivated professional to assume the position of French-Speaking Customer Advisor and integrate into our expanding team located in Lisbon. Key Performance Duties
- Deliver responsive assistance to the French-speaking user base via telephone, electronic mail, instant messaging services (chat), and other relevant communication channels.
- Furnish precise information, systematically troubleshoot technical and service problems, and provide clear directions toward effective solutions.
- Consistently exhibit high standards of professionalism, apply genuine empathy, and prioritize achieving excellent customer satisfaction in all dealings.
- Work collaboratively with specialized internal groups to facilitate the smooth escalation and final resolution of more involved or specialized customer cases.
- Maintain meticulous records of all client contacts and interactions, ensuring accuracy within the designated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Strictly adhere to all corporate protocols, defined service standards, and established quality assurance procedures.
- Actively contribute to a cohesive and supportive team dynamic, while proactively submitting proposals for process enhancements.
- Commit to ongoing learning regarding product developments, new service features, and organizational policies to ensure the provision of optimal service.
Essential Qualifications and Eligibility
- Native-level proficiency in French (or a certified C1 proficiency minimum).
- Competent working knowledge of English (B2 level or higher).
- Highly effective communication skills, including the ability to clearly and efficiently articulate detailed information.
- A
- centric professional attitude, characterized by patience, empathetic listening, and strong attention to operational detail. - Basic familiarity with computer operations and a demonstrated capacity to quickly learn new software applications.
- Must be physically capable of working on-site at our Lisbon office location.
- Possession of EU citizenship or current, valid permits/documents granting the legal right to work and reside in Portugal is mandatory.
Preferred (Optional) Experience
- Prior professional history in customer support, technical assistance, service delivery, or a related
- facing domain. - Experience utilizing CRM software or prior exposure to a
- volume contact center environment. - Demonstrated interest in pursuing a
