What You Will Do

• Solve problems and offer solutions related to product use, technical issues, and troubleshooting.
• Provide detailed product information and efficiently manage all
  - sales requests.
• Ensure every customer interaction is positive, professional, and properly logged in the CRM system.

What We Are Looking For

• Exceptional French: Native or
  - native fluency (C2) in reading, writing, and speaking French.
• Solid English: Minimum B2 level proficiency in English is required for internal communication and training.
• Legal status: Must be authorized to work legally in Portugal.
• Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is nice but not essential. We provide comprehensive paid training for all new hires.

Schedule and Comprehensive Perks

Your work schedule will be rotational, covering shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. You'll receive Sunday off, plus one additional rotating day off during the week.
