About The Role: Join an international team in sunny Portugal and deliver exceptional customer support to global brands. You’ll be the voice and energy of an international project, helping French‑speaking customers by phone, email, and chat while enjoying life by the Atlantic coast.

Your Profile: You are a native or fluent French speaker, with good English skills (B1 or above). You have strong communication, empathy, and problem‑solving abilities. Experience in customer service or administrative tasks is appreciated. EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit is required.

What We Offer:

• 1, 240. 67 gross/month (14 months/year) if company housing is provided (shared, fully furnished accommodation with utilities included)
• 1, 040. 66 gross/month (14 months/year) if you arrange your own accommodation
• Base salary + monthly Christmas and vacation bonuses (as required by Portuguese law)
• Daily meal allowance of €7/day (154/month)
• Private health and life insurance from day one
• 25 paid vacation days per year
• Relocation package with up to 14 months company housing (for international hires)
• Annual return flight home after 12 months of service
• Free Portuguese lessons after 3 months of employment
