What You'll Do

• Support small and
  - sized businesses (SMBs) via chat, email, and phone.
• Help clients grow their business by guiding them through digital advertising tools and strategies.
• Provide
  - and post‑sales assistance for self‑service products.
• Identify trends, analyse issues, and provide solutions for multiple SMB clients.
• Proactively communicate with customers and offer recommendations to improve their advertising performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure satisfaction across every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Native level in French and strong English skills (B2 minimum).
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Familiarity with online advertising and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving client needs.
• Comfortable working in a rotational schedule (Monday to Sunday) and in a fast‑paced environment.

• Full‑time contract (40 h/week) with two rotating days off.
• Initial 12‑month contract, renewable for another year, with the possibility of a permanent position after 2 years.
