Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

Offer product information, order assistance, and styling support

Your Profile Native-level French speaker with fluent English

Strong interest in fashion and the latest trends

Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills

Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn

Team player with a professional and positive attitude

EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal required

Ready to relocate to Lisbon and join a multicultural environment

What’s Offered Full-time contract with rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday (08:00–20:00)

Monthly salary:

• €830 gross/month × 14 payments

• Up to €100/month performance bonus

• €7. 23 meal voucher per workday

• Partial transport reimbursement

• Private health and dental insurance after 6 months

Relocation Package (for international candidates) Reimbursement of initial flight after 6 months (up to €400)

3 months of free accommodation in shared housing
