Responsibilities

• Respond to French-speaking customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Help with product information, payments, orders, or
  - related questions
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and
  - solving skills
• Maintain and review purchase records and documentation
• Contribute to overall client satisfaction and process improvement

Your Profile

• Native French speaker with good English proficiency
• Reliable, adaptable, and
  - motivated
• Excited to relocate to Lisbon and embrace a multicultural team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
• Eager to learn and develop new skills in a
  - paced environment

What’s Offered

• 6-month renewable contract
• Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 08:00 and 17:30
• Salary package includes:
  
  • €890 gross/month × 14 months
  
  • €100/month language bonus
