Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a position for a French Speaking Customer Service Agent within our Airlines division in the vibrant city of Lisbon! In this dynamic role, you will be tasked with providing exceptional service and support to our French-speaking clients in the aviation sector. From answering inquiries related to flights and bookings to addressing any issues, your goal is to ensure each customer has a seamless and enjoyable experience. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding airline services.
• Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and inquiries about
  - related services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure their details are recorded correctly.
• Work collaboratively with the airline team to ensure customer needs are met and enhanced service delivery.
• Stay updated on airline policies, travel regulations, and service offerings to provide informed assistance.
• Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in our services.
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the airlines or travel industry.
• Excellent communication skills with a
  - focused approach.
• Strong
  - solving abilities and capacity to handle challenging situations.
• Familiarity with customer service software and airline booking systems is a plus.
• A keen interest in the aviation industry and related services.
