Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Financial Services team in Lisbon. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our French-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries regarding our financial products and services. Your commitment to providing outstanding customer service and your ability to resolve issues will be key to enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French concerning various financial services via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about financial products, services, and account management.
• Assist clients with transaction queries, account issues, and resolve complaints promptly.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly to ensure continuity and quality of service.
• Work closely with the financial services team to refine processes and improve client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on financial regulations and product offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to drive service improvements and action plans.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services sector is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on positive customer interactions.
• Strong
  - solving capabilities and the ability to manage challenging inquiries effectively.
• Experience with customer service software and financial tools is a plus.
• A keen interest in financial products and the ability to explain them clearly to clients.
