Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Service for Luxury Fashion Brand will be: Customer Service via phone and email
Providing product information to the customer
Professional usage consulting for the products
Follow up with customers
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role: EU Citizenship or valid work permit/ residency card mandatory
You have a fluent level of French (a good level of English would be a plus)

Salary conditions (*) – 2 options: Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month Without accommodation: 1240€ gross/month
