French Speaking Customer Service (Medical Device Sales) - Relocate to Porto

We are recruiting French-speaking customer support specialists to join renowned international companies in Porto. You will assist clients in various sectors such as fintech, online services, and technology. My client offers the opportunity to live and work in a new country without the fuss. They take care of everything (except the plane ticket, which is reimbursed after 6 months) and offer you a full time job in customer service. You must have an EU passport to apply to this role.

Salary and Benefits

• €1000 per month x14
• €300 per month in a guaranteed bonus
• €3000 signing bonus paid across 12 months - €250 per month
• Daily meal allowance of €7. 23 - €167 per month
• Mon-Sun, 5 days per week, Rotational 2 days off
• 6-month contract with possibility of extension

Relocation Support

• Flight paid after 6 months of work
• Accommodation included costing just €280 per month
• Niff and Niss numbers organised

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers through phone, email, and live chat to provide friendly support.
• Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve queries with empathy and efficiency.
• Work closely with your colleagues to share knowledge, strategies, and insights to continuously improve service.

Requirements

• Speak C2 native level French and B2 level English.
• Have the right to live and work in Portugal or the EU with an EU passport.
• All equipment supplied.
