- High-Quality Support: Provide support to French-speaking clients with technical website issues.

- Documentation: Log customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and

Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in French: C2 level or higher.
- Intermediate English Proficiency: (B2 or higher preferred).
- Prior Experience: Customer service or technical support experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
