Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist, youll play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction across Europe by:
- Responding to customers via phone, email, and live chat regarding orders, subscriptions, invoices, and general service questions.
- Ensuring timely,
- quality resolution of inquiries and delivering a first-class customer experience. - Proactively following up on open issues and coordinating with internal departments for swift resolution.
- Representing the company with professionalism, care, and tech-savvy efficiency.
Schedule & Duration
- Contract Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension based on performance)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (bank holidays included)
- Shift 1: 07:00 AM 04:00 PM
- Shift 2: 08:00 AM 05:00 PM
- Weekends off!
Your Compensation Package
- Base Salary: 900 EUR gross/month
- Monthly Bonus: 100EUR gross based on performance
- Meal Allowance: 7. 23 EUR net per working day
- Transport Allowance: 20EUR /month
Your Profile
- Fluency in French (C2) spoken and written
- Proficient English (B2) for internal communication
- Prior experience in customer service or tech support is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn about
- based services
