Responsibilities:

• Engage with French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to provide

Requirements:

• Native or
  - native fluency in French and proficiency in English.
• An EU ID or Portuguese residence card
• Excellent communication and
  - solving skills.

• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
