Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls from our customers.
• Welcome and advise our customers.
• Offer personalised solutions on every call.

Requirements:

• Native-level French and proficient English.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with a

• Being based in Porto.
• Holder of EU citizenship or

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday, 07:00 AM 07:00 PM (Rotating shifts)
• Five working days with two days off.
• Days-off are depending on the shift schedules
• Permanent contract and competitive salary.
• Private Medical Insurance after 4 months: transportation reimbursement up to 40.
