French-Speaking Customer Support (Multiple Projects in Portugal)
We are looking for French-speaking professionals to join our customer service and support teams in Lisbon, Portugal.
You will represent international brands across different projects, ensuring a
- quality experience for each customer.

Tasks
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat, providing excellent support and solutions.
- Identify customer needs and ensure
- contact resolution whenever possible. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to solve complex cases.
- Stay informed about products, services, and procedures to deliver accurate information.
- Contribute to a positive,
- oriented work environment.
Requirements
- Fluent in French (C1 or native level) and good command of English (B1 or higher).
- Excellent communication and
- solving skills. - Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to different projects and work processes.
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
- Availability to work in shifts (if required by the project).
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
