Cross Border Talents is looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Porto. You will support customers across several service areas, including subscription questions, billing support, general troubleshooting, and customer guidance. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a friendly international environment.

What You Will Do

- Respond to inbound customer calls and inquiries

- Provide assistance on subscription, billing, and technical topics

- Offer personalized solutions during every interaction

- Maintain a positive customer experience

Requirements

- Native-level or C2 French

- No previous experience required

- Ability to work onsite in Porto
