Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Support: Handle inbound customer inquiries primarily via phone, email, and chat, in both French and English.
  • Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, focusing on providing
    - call resolution where possible.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products/services to provide comprehensive and helpful information.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Service Improvement: Identify and report recurring customer issues or trends to help improve processes and product offerings.

Work Schedule
  • Starting Date: January 8, 2026
  • Shifts: Rotational shifts covering a 24/7 service window (Monday to Sunday), which includes night shifts.
  • Days Off: 2 rotative days off per week.
Must-Have Requirements
  • Language Proficiency (French): Fluent French (written and spoken) at a C1 level or higher.
  • Language Proficiency (English): Fluent English (written and spoken) at a C1 level or higher.
  • Location: Must be willing to work
    - site in our Lisbon office.
  • Documentation: Must possess one of the following valid documents allowing you to work in Portugal:
    • EU Citizenship
    • Valid Residency Card (must be valid for more than one year)
    • Valid Refugee Card
Good to Have (But Not Essential)
  • Prior experience in a Customer Support, Call Center, or BPO environment is a plus, but not a requirement. We are happy to train motivated individuals
