About the Role

As a Content Moderator for a leading
- commerce platform, you will review
- generated content, ensure policy compliance, and maintain content quality. Your local market knowledge, communication skills, and attention to detail will be vital in safeguarding online content.

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate content to ensure compliance with platform policies and standards.
• Identify policy or legal issues and escalate cases as per protocols.
• Stay informed about
  - commerce products and services.
• Adapt to evolving guidelines and schedules.
• Manage high volumes of content review during peak times.

Requirements

• Fluent in French (C2) and proficient in English (B2).
• Strong moderation skills with excellent communication.
• Experience or understanding of
  - commerce and online platforms.
• Empathy and
  - making skills for sensitive content.
• Resilience to handle
  - volume tasks and rotating shifts.

What We Offer

• Monthly Gross Salary: 900 EUR
• Meal Allowance: 7. 23 EUR/day
• Transport Allowance: 20 EUR/month
