Your Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Agent, your key tasks will include:

• Assisting customers via phone, email and live chat with general or
  - related inquiries
• Collecting and updating customer information in the system
• Providing product guidance on subscriptions, payments and technical requirements
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with accurate and friendly communication

Your Profile:

• Native level of French and a good level of English
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Interest in communication, service and international work environments
• Eagerness to learn, solve problems and provide quality customer experiences
• Willing to relocate to Lisbon or already based in Portugal

What’s Offered:

• Fixed term contract with yearly renewal
• Full time schedule of 40 hours per week with rotating shifts
• Monthly salary options:
  • With shared accommodation included: 1040 euros gross
  • Without accommodation: 1240 euros gross
