Responsibilities
- Manage customer queries via phone and email
- Provide information about products and services
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Maintain customer satisfaction with
- quality interactions - Log all cases in CRM and ensure detailed

Profile
- Native-level French with fluent English
- Previous customer service experience is a plus (6 months minimum preferred)
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and
- solve efficiently - Motivated, proactive, and a real team player
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit required
Offer & Benefits
- Full-time,
- term position - Monday to Friday, rotating shifts: 8:30–19:00
- Salary:
• €830 gross/month × 14 months
• Up to €100/month performance bonus
• Up to €100/month sales performance bonus
• €7. 23/day meal voucher
• Partial transportation reimbursement
• Private health & dental insurance (after 6 months)
Relocation Support
- Reimbursement of flight costs up to €400 (after 4 months)
