Responsibilities

• Manage customer queries via phone and email
• Provide information about products and services
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Maintain customer satisfaction with
  - quality interactions
• Log all cases in CRM and ensure detailed
  - up
• Contribute to overall client satisfaction and performance goals

Profile

• Native-level French with fluent English
• Previous customer service experience is a plus (6 months minimum preferred)
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and
  - solve efficiently
• Motivated, proactive, and a real team player
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit required

Offer & Benefits

• Monday to Friday, rotating shifts: 8:30–19:00
• Salary:
  
  • €830 gross/month × 14 months
  
  • Up to €100/month performance bonus
