Your responsibilities

Assist customers by phone, email, or social media

Answer questions about orders, payments, returns, or deliveries

Provide product information and troubleshooting

Forward cases to the right department when needed

Make sure customers feel valued and supported at every step

What you bring

French native + solid English (B2 min)

Passion for fashion and lifestyle brands

Friendly, patient and
- oriented communication

Comfortable in a

Valid Portuguese work permit (mandatory)

What’s in it for you?

a) With shared accommodation: 1, 040€ gross/month

b) Without accommodation: 1, 240€ gross/month
