Your responsibilities and impact as Financial Customer Support will be:

Offer
- class technical support to clients

Assist customers with
- related queries via phone and email

Perform tasks related to banking operations as required per project

Coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and policy compliance

Create and update personnel, financial, and other data in internal databases

Work collaboratively within an international team

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native level of French (mandatory)

Motivation to work abroad and integrate into a multicultural team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French

Team player with a proactive attitude

Previous experience in customer service or credit recovery is a plus

Sales or commercial background is a plus

What’s in it for you?

Contract: Permanent contract

Working hours: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts between 8 AM and 6 PM

Salary package:

890€ gross/month x14

Up to 100€ monthly performance bonus

Meal vouchers of 7. 23€ per workday

Partial reimbursement of transportation costs

Private health and dental insurance after 6 months

Relocation support for candidates outside Portugal:

Reimbursement of your initial flight (up to 400€) after 4 months

4 months’ accommodation in a shared flat (rental fee applies)
