We are looking for dynamic, customer
- oriented individuals who are open to new experiences abroad. This company provides a platform for secure and automated payment verification processes between businesses, helping to reduce fraud, simplify payment processes, and increase transparency in financial transactions. The company primarily serves B2B clients, especially in finance and accounting.

Your responsibilities and impact as a Support Agent will be:

• Support users via email and phone, working with third parties and international clients to verify payment information.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by responding promptly and courteously.

Skills, qualifications, and interests needed to succeed in this role:

• Native French speaker (this is essential) + good command of English (minimum B2).
• Motivated and committed to your work.
• Proficient in written French.
• Team player willing to work with diverse nationalities.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• EU citizen or hold a valid work permit for Portugal.

What’s in it for you?

• Full-time position with a 6-month temporary contract.
• Salary: €890 gross per month, paid 14 times a year, plus a performance bonus of €120/month, a complexity bonus of €100/month, and a daily meal voucher of €7. 23.
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, including weekends from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• If living outside Portugal: reimbursement of up to €400 for the initial flight ticket after 6 months.
