Your Role: Analyze and investigate suspicious activities to detect potential fraud.

Assist customers by addressing
- related concerns and providing effective solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risks and improve
- prevention measures.

Maintain accurate records of investigations in the CRM system.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

What You Need:

Native French and a minimum B2 level of English.

Strong analytical and
- solving skills.

Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality.

Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.

Excitement for multicultural communication and living abroad.

Valid Portuguese work permit or EU nationality.
