Your responsibilities

• Assist customers during the booking process, solving issues and providing clear guidance.
• Take an active role in finding the right travel options for clients.
• Follow up with travelers during their vacation, providing solutions including refunds when needed.
• Manage and expand the client network through quality support.
• Ensure qualified lead generation and client satisfaction.

Your profile

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Fluent in French with good English skills.
• Passion for travel and tourism – a true “travel addict. ”
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Motivated, committed, and eager to work abroad in a multicultural environment.

What’s in it for you?

• Contract: Long-term
  - term, renewable annually.
• Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week, rotating shifts Mon–Sun between 7 am and 7 pm.
• Salary:
  • With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1040 gross/month.
  • Without accommodation: €1240 gross/month.

• Reimbursement of flight expenses after 9 months.
