Job Title: French-Speaking Content Moderator

Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)

Schedule: Monday to Sunday – 09:00 to 18:00

Days Off: 2 rotative days off per week (1 full weekend off per month)

About The Role

Are you fluent in French and passionate about keeping online communities safe? We’re hiring Content Moderators to join a dynamic international team in Porto. In this on-site,
- level role, you'll help ensure the platform’s content aligns with community guidelines and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate
  - generated content on social media platforms
• Identify and remove content that violates community standards
• Ensure the platform remains safe and respectful for users
• Meet daily performance targets with attention to quality
• Collaborate with your team and report technical issues when needed

Requirements

• Fluency in French (minimum B2 level); English for internal communication
• EU citizenship or valid Portugal residence permit
• Willingness to relocate and work
  - site in Porto
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

What’s in It for You?

Meal Allowance: €7. 63 net per working day

Transport Allowance: Not provided

Relocation Package:

• From outside Portugal:
• Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months at €280/month (all utilities included; deducted from payslip)
• Flight reimbursement: Up to €400 (Economy class) after 6 months of contract
• From within Portugal:
• Relocation support is only available if currently in accommodation provided by a competitor
