Job Title: French-Speaking Content Moderator – Lisbon, Portugal

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and moderate
  - generated content to ensure it aligns with company guidelines and policies
• Identify and report inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content across platforms
• Provide feedback to users regarding content violations and offer support as needed
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in content moderation tasks
• Collaborate with other teams to improve the quality of content and community guidelines
• Stay updated on current trends, regulations, and best practices related to content moderation

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and
  - solving skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and online content guidelines
• Previous experience in content moderation or customer support is a plus
• EU citizenship or valid work authorization in Portugal
