Your Responsibilities

Provide support to small and
- sized businesses (SMBs) via live chat, email, and phone

Deliver professional customer service in both French and English

Support customers both
- and
- sales for
- service products

Assist users with tools and products to improve overall customer experience

Identify common issues and trends and help advertisers resolve them

Requirements

Fluent French (C2) and good English (B2 minimum)

Willingness to relocate abroad

Strong communication skills and a
- focused mindset

Goal-oriented, proactive, and collaborative

European Citizenship or Residence Card for Portugal
