French-Speaking Junior Customer Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in French
- Deliver a
- quality customer experience by addressing product and service questions - Apply your sales skills to identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Resolve issues efficiently and professionally, escalating when needed
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow internal procedures
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet KPIs and improve service
- Native or fluent French speaker (spoken and written)
- Proficient in English for internal communication
- Previous sales experience is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working rotational shifts, including weekends and occasional extended hours
