French-speaking Junior Customer Support
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer needs.
- Resolve issues and elevate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interaction in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements
