Job Title: French-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
Schedule: Monday to Sunday – 09:00 to 18:00
Days Off: 2 rotative days per week (1 full weekend off per month)

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in
Frenchvia phone, email, and/or chat
Assist customers with product or
- related questions, issues, and complaints
Deliver accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements
Fluency in French(B2 or above); English for internal communication
Excellent communication and
- solving skills
Ability to
- site in Lisbon
EU citizenshipor valid
Portugal residence permit
A positive attitude, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
What We Offer
? Meal Allowance: €7. 63 net per working day
Transport Allowance: Not provided
Relocation Support:
For candidates relocating from outside Portugal:
Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months at a cost of€280/month(includes all utilities, deducted directly from the payslip)
Reimbursement of airfare: Up to€400(Economy class) after 6 months of employment
