French-Speaking Junior Finance & Accounting Specialist Medical Devices (Porto, Portugal)

Introduction

We are looking for a motivated French-speaking Junior Finance & Accounting Specialist to join our client a global leader in insulin delivery and
- technology based in Porto, Portugal. If youre fluent in French,
- oriented and eager to grow in finance within an international environment, this role is an excellent opportunity.

What the job is about

In this role you will:

• Support the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle for French-speaking markets.
• Process customer orders, generate invoices and credit notes, and manage daily payment applications.
• Monitor ageing reports, follow up on overdue invoices and help resolve billing or reconciliation issues.
• Assist with
  - end and
  - end activities, audit support and data accuracy in the ERP system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and high data quality.

Requirements

You should bring:

• A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or similar.
• 6 months to 2+ years of experience in O2C, Accounts Receivable or finance operations.
• Strong Excel skills (preferably pivot tables,
  - lookups).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar is a plus).
• Fluency in French (C1+) and strong English skills.
• Great attention to detail, organization,
  - solving ability and a proactive mindset.
