Your responsibilities and impact as Pharmaceutical Customer Service Agent will be

• Answer customer inquiries via phone and email with clarity and empathy
• Provide helpful and accurate information about pharmaceutical products and services

• Offer support and guidance tailored to each customer’s needs

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role

• Native level of French and at least B1 in English
• Empathetic, patient, and

• Good listening and communication skills
• Commitment to professionalism and excellence
• Positive attitude and strong team spirit
• Motivation to live and work in Lisbon and embrace an international experience
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit

What’s in it for you

• Fixed-term contract, renewable every year
• Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
• Paid training (2 weeks) to prepare you for the role

Salary conditions

• With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): 1040 euros gross per month
• Without accommodation: 1240 euros gross per month
• During training: 50% of your hourly wages (lower taxes)
