Join our dynamic team as a French-speaking Recruiter (BPO) in Lisbon or Porto, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our recruitment process for a leading business process outsourcing company. We're looking for an individual who is proactive, organised, and has a passion for connecting talent with opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates for BPO roles.
  • Screening and Assessing: Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit based on company and client requirements.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain a strong rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Talent Advisory: Provide candidates with a positive experience and advise them through the recruitment process.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and

    - date information in our ATS systems.
  • Recruitment Reporting: Compile and analyse recruitment data to improve processes and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
  • Language Skills: Fluent in French and proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Recruitment Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment, preferably in a BPO environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a

  • Organisational Abilities: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
