Requirements

• Fluent in French (C1+) and good English (B2)

Your Role

• Support French customers with questions about their Chèque Énergie benefits
• Assist users with eligibility checks and online platform access
• Handle inquiries about lost or delayed checks
• Deliver empathetic,
  - oriented customer service
