Key Responsibilities

• Manage travel requests (flights, hotels, car rentals, rail)
• Advise and assist French-speaking customers via multiple channels
• Handle ticketing, itinerary adjustments and emergency rebookings
• Use Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo systems effectively
• Deliver service excellence aligned with client standards

Requirements

• Native-level French and fluent English
• Minimum 5 years experience in corporate travel booking
• 3+ years of GDS experience
• Excellent communication and
  - solving skills
• EU citizenship or valid right to work in Portugal
