We are hiring French Customer Service Representatives to join an international team supporting a global client. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment while developing your customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements:
- Fluent French (C1/C2)
- Good English communication skills (B2)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to relocate to Portugal
- European Passport, no sponsorship provided
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
