- end manufacturing firm with 25 years of experience. Its smart lighting systems are revolutionizing how customers experience light, making it a top choice for architects, engineers, and lighting enthusiasts.

Your Profile:

- You are fluent in French and proficient in English (B2 level or higher).

- You can work in a rotating shift schedule from Monday to Friday, between 7 am and 7 pm.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist users with
  - sales, general inquiries, and technical support through phone, email, or chat.
• Provide
  - quality customer service consistently.
• Adapt to the brand’s voice and tone across all interaction channels, including private (phone/email/chat/messaging) and public (social media, forums, reviews).

Benefits and Conditions:

• Permanent contract after a 3-month trial period.
• Full-time position.
• Competitive salary paid in 14 monthly installments per year.
