Your responsibilities and impact as a Travel Booking Specialist:

Manage incoming customer enquiries via phone and email

Handle bookings, rescheduling, alterations, cancellations, and upgrades

Collect customer information and provide customised travel advice

Assist clients with doubts, claims, financial considerations, destinations, and packages

Support
- office tasks such as ticket issuing, booking modifications, and refunds

Ensure high customer satisfaction and contribute to the company’s
- paced growth

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native French speaker with B2 English level

Previous customer service or call centre experience (6 months) preferred

Strong communication skills (written and oral)

Customer- and

Ability to work under pressure, enthusiastic, analytical, and
- driven

Valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizenship required

What’s in it for you?

Contract: 6-month
- term contract

Working hours: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM

Salary package: 890€ gross/month ×14 + up to 100€/month performance bonus + up to 70€/month complexity bonus + meal vouchers (7. 23€/day) + partial transport reimbursement + private health & dental insurance after 6 months

Relocation support (for candidates outside Portugal): reimbursement of initial flight up to 400€ after 6 months + shared flat accommodation for 6 months (rental fee applies)
