About the job: Are you a French speaker looking for an exciting opportunity abroad? We are hiring French Customer Service Representatives to join an international team supporting a global client. Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (C1/C2)
• Good English communication skills (B2)
• Excellent
  - solving and communication skills
• Willingness to relocate to the Portugal
• European Passport, no sponsorship provided
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
