Do you speak French and enjoy web tech and digital marketing? Want to use your skills abroad while supporting businesses? Then this opportunity in Lisbon could be for you.

What you’ll do

• Support B2B clients via phone, email, and social media
• Help with
  - sales questions, troubleshooting, and ad product implementation
• Adapt your tone to the channel and customer
• Guide users on tools like Word
  Press, Shopify, Wix or Joomla
• Work with technologies like Java
  Script, HTML5 and CSS
• Track and solve issues that don’t follow a fixed script

What you bring

• French native + good level of English (min. B2)
• Willingness to learn technical tools (CMS, code basics)
• Interest in online advertising and customer support
• Good communication and logical thinking
• Previous B2B or Saa
  S/Ad
  Tech support is a plus
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit

What’s offered

• Fixed-term 1-year contract, renewable
• Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (no weekends)
• 9 weeks of paid training

Salary packages

a) With free accommodation (shared flat, bills included):

→ 1, 040€ gross/month + 300€ quarterly bonus

b) Without accommodation:

→ 1, 240€ gross/month + 300€ quarterly bonus

• 1, 500€ signing bonus

Relocation support

• Flight reimbursed after 9 months
